Designed With Sparks is a family-run fabrication shop based in rural Washington, specializing in CNC plasma cutting and contract fabrication for manufacturers, contractors, and industrial clients across the Pacific Northwest.

Founded during a period of reevaluation and growth, the business was built with a focus on precision, reliability, and long-term sustainability. What began as hands-on welding experience evolved into a fabrication operation centered on disciplined workflows, repeatable results, and practical solutions for real-world applications.

Ryan brings over 20 years of welding and metal fabrication experience, with a background rooted in trade-based problem solving and shop-floor efficiency. The operation is designed to support consistent output, clean cuts, and fabrication work that meets dimensional and functional requirements—not just visual appeal.

As the business grew, CNC plasma cutting became the core focus, allowing us to support repeatable parts processing, production runs, and contract-based fabrication. While our shop is located outside of an industrial corridor, our standards, communication, and approach align with professional fabrication environments.
