Q: What’s the turnaround time for orders?
A: Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Custom fabrication items or large quantities may take longer, but we’ll communicate timelines clearly before we begin.


Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Yes! We offer free local delivery in Eastern Washington (including Usk, Newport, and surrounding areas). Select “Local Delivery” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to schedule.


Q: Are your products made in the U.S.?
A: Absolutely. All of our products are designed, cut, engraved, and assembled right here in Usk, WA.


Q: What’s your return policy?
A: All custom and made-to-order products are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
